                                The  trainer  arranges  participants  in  a  circle.  Going
                                around the group, the trainer asks participants to close
                                their eyes and think of the place where they would most
                                like to be at this moment. The trainer asks participants
                                to think of the reasons for their choice and to be ready
                                to explain why they have chosen this place to the other
                                group  members.  When  all  participants  are  ready,  the
                                trainer invites them to name their chosen place and to
