Module4/Unit 3: How to set up realistic and individual goals for the participants?

It is very important that educators provide clear explanation of both notions and explain the logic
between these two. Realistic and individual goals are explained through the steps which need to
be taken in regards to Action planning. It is of upmost importance that educators understand the
importance of the goal setting in order to be able to provide the information to learners. For better
supporting Adult Educators in their endeavor to reach the anticipated learning outcomes, the

used as basis for further exercises:
